<p>SIBS Romania offers complete services for a quick implementation of Apple Pay and Google Pay wallets, allowing consumers to pay by mobile phone easily, quickly and safely, whether they are in a store, using public transportation or shopping online. The payment process is based on the Apex Mobile Services Platform, highly secured thanks to the Visa and Mastercard security technology, that replaces the confidential card payment data with a digital unique identifier and protects against fraud.</p><br />

<p>The application allows users to issue a loyalty card from their favorite brand, directly from the application, and benefit from relevant promotions in real time.</p><br />
<p>SIBS Romania offers support for the integration in the solution as well as dedicated management services: constant communication and collaboration with the partner&#8217;s marketing department, publication of offers and campaigns in the application and on the dedicated Cards4Uapp Facebook page, reports and statistics, upon request, the necessary logistic elements, event promotions through the Cards4Uapp application, changing the buttons or the questionnaire for the extended profile, a dedicated IT team, a dedicated team for marketing support, creation and advertising.</p><br />
<p><b>WHITE LABEL WALLET FOR MERCHANTS</b></p><br />
<p>The White Label Wallet for Merchants is a wallet platform, optimized for both standard PC’s and mobile browsers, that allows contactless payments from the digital wallet, card provisioning (storage of encrypted card data) and token life cycle management.</p><br />
<p>The system consists of a software platform, with a web and a recurrent interface, that ensures online payment transactions using cards issued under VISA and Mastercard. Some of the features include biometry authentication, cards tokenization, top-up methods between bank cards, top-up from another cards issuers (after the e-commerce license is acquired), mobile app integration and back-end integration. PSD2 exemptions are supported. The solution can be tailored to bank’ specifications, with focus on client journey.</p><br />
<p>The web interface allows the cardholder to store multiple cards into the wallet, including loyalty cards, to make online shopping through bank cards and offline shopping through loyalty cards, to make payment transactions by only selecting the card number alias and to administrate all related information (add, modify, delete card details). The operations can also be performed using a mobile application developed for this purpose.</p><br />
<p>The recurrent interface allows the cardholders to establish a recurrent plan for the monthly invoices.</p><br />
<p>The white label wallet for merchants can be downloaded from Google Play / AppStore and optimized for smartphone with iOS 4.3 or newer and Android 2.2 or newer. For other operating systems, the application can be opened by phone browser, providing access to the main features. SMS alerts and emails regarding transactions are available.</p><br />

<p>We offer complete 3D-Secure services for issuing and acquiring banks, verified by VISA/VISA Secured and Mastercard Secure Code / Mastercard Identity Check and AMEX Authentication.</p><br />
<p>The 3D Secure certification is performed by using MPI/3D Server testing platform for the acquiring banks & ACS testing platform for the issuing banks. The contracts with the virtual merchants are signed by the acquiring bank and the configuration of the 3D Secure interface between our platform and the merchant is performed by our platform. The platform is registering the 3D Secure configured merchants on Visa/Mastercard Directory Server. The e-commerce transactions are processed on behalf of the acquiring banks. Dual Servers in place for acquiring and issuing banks.</p><br />
<p>The 3D Secure 2.0 / 2.2 service offered by our company offers biometric authentication as well as fallback (2FA).</p><br />
<p>The version 2.0 of the 3D Secure protocol supports the transmission of important data during transactions, making possible risk-based decisions for authentication or not. The consumer experience is simplified and improved by eliminating the initial registration process.</p><br />
<p><b>AUTHENTICATIONS</b></p><br />
<p><b>SCA (Strong Customer Authentication)</b>: it ensures that the electronic payments are performed with multi-factor authentication, to increase the security of electronic payments. SCA adds new information in the authentication process, either based on biometry or through dynamic password sent by SMS (OTP) together with the 2nd Factor Authentication (2FA) – a personal static password known only by the customer.</p><br />
<p>Our company offers a flexible way in establishing the static password, with the client possibility to change it or reset in in case the password is forgotten.</p><br />
<p><b>Biometry</b>: The biometric authentication offers the highest level of security. Issuers can offer cardholders the opportunity to use biometric authentication (fingerprint, facial recognition) when conducting an e-commerce transaction. Push notification to cardholder through the mobile application are available, that informs about the transaction that requires authentication and authorization.</p><br />
<p><b>RBA (Risk Based Authentication)</b>: RBA authentication allows real-time monitoring of authentications and generates “frictionless” authentications, without additional authentication, or „challenge” authentication, with additional authentication, depending on the parameters / rules set by the beneficiary through web interface. A flexible module analyzes customer behavior, through configurable rules, and allows automatic real-time authentication (frictionless) or request a type of cardholder authentication (OTP, Push Notifications, Biometrics etc.), before the transactions are sent to the bank for authorization and / or settlement.</p><br />
<p><b>MONEY TRANSFER P2P</b></p><br />
<p>We offer our partners the money transfer service P2P (Person to person) that allows real-time money transfers, national and international. <p>We offer complete services for the implementation of Sphere Pay solution: counseling to choose the most appropriate solution, personalization of components, integration of the solution into the existing system, dedicated web for card / bracelet management, infrastructure, production & personalization for cards and chosen packaging, reports, contact center support services with a 24 / 7 dedicated line, direct marketing campaigns. Optional system components, such as a mobile app or a kiosk with identification, top-up or payout services, are also available if requested.</p><br />
<p>The contactless card / bracelet are available for both persons and companies and easy to use. Each partner store / payment point uses a special POS from SIBS or a SIBS mobile application downloaded to the merchant&#8217;s NFC terminal, thus allowing the card / bracelet user to receive receipts for purchases made (paper or electronic).</p><br />
<p>The card / bracelet can have a personalized design, can come in a variety of stylish packaging, are reloadable and can contain multiple secure elements, upon request.</p><br />

<p>SIBS Romania offers the Prepaid Gift Card solution, a new and innovative solution in our country, which contributes to increasing the customer portfolio and the market visibility of the partners.</p><br />
<p>The prepaid gift card solution involves issuing a gift card under the Visa / Mastercard logo and can be issued by banks even in partnership with certain pre-established merchants (e.g. malls, gas stations, hotels, retailers etc.) that are able to decide which working points accept payments made with these cards.</p><br />
<p>The solution offers the possibility to build loyalty campaigns per group of merchants, periods of the year or customer categories, so the end user can benefit from discounts on purchases, bonuses, loyalty points or the possibility of cash-back. The prepaid card allows multiple currencies and can be physical or virtual.</p><br />
