- Strong resilience on BLACK FRIDAY with +40% surge in processed transactions, + 30% increase across the weekend, + 10.9 million transactions processed and + 2.3 billion RON value processed.
- POS SHARING reached 16 major retailers – Retail, Medical & DIY and 10 banking partners, with increased values for BLACK FRIDAY – +31% increase in transactions & +81% surge in value and + 10,100 new terminals enrolled.
- NEW BANK integrated with end‑to‑end payment solutions for transactions, e‑commerce authentication, card personalization, API‑driven infrastructure, customized credit card services, and the Paywatch AntiFraud system.
- SOFT POS saw a 39.53% YoY growth in transactions, with 11 partners – 7 local, 4 International and new capabilities launched including “Cash to Card” and activation‑ready “Cashback”
- PAYWATCH AI ANTIFRAUD – implemented for 3 banks in Romania and the Republic of Moldova with plans to expand in 2026 to Mobile Banking and Acquiring, supporting 2 more institutions.
- International expension with ACS services across Middle East & Asia, through Romcard.
- Strategic partnerships to support smart MOBILITY SOLUTIONS in cities such as Brașov, Iași, Timișoara, Constanța, Sibiu, and Alba Iulia through 5,000 POS terminals for a seamless & secure travel.
- First editions of CONNECT DAY- an innovative event premiered by SIBS Romania that bridge the gap between banking and retail partners in a collaborative space and OPEN DAY – designed to offer students an insight on the payments industry through direct access to real-world expertise and professional career paths.
- Over 378,000 interactions managed by our in-house CONTACT CENTER , with 24/7 support for financial institutions and retailers, a new strategic collaboration with a local banking institution and 5 new merchants in POS Sharing support.
- AWARD for Romcard for its pioneering role as the nation’s very first card processor in Romania – +30 years since processing the first online transaction in Romania.
