POS Sharing becomes available on SoftPOS
POS Sharing – developed and launched by SIBS Romania, which enables multiple banks to operate through a single POS terminal, is now becoming available on SoftPOS.
Over the last 10 years, POS Sharing has become an important ecosystem for multi-bank payment acceptance in Romania, connecting financial institutions and merchants while simplifying transaction management at the point of sale.
At the same time, our SoftPOS solution enables merchants to turn compatible mobile devices into payment terminals, facilitating card acceptance in contexts where mobility is essential.
By integrating POS Sharing with SoftPOS, the benefits of multi-bank infrastructure are extended to a broader range of businesses. The solution can meet the needs of large retail chains and SMEs, as well as delivery operators, event organizers and businesses operating on the move.
POS Sharing can be implemented together with SoftPOS or enabled on existing SoftPOS infrastructures, giving merchants access to intelligent transaction routing and cost optimization. By converting up to 90% of OFF-US transactions into ON-US transactions, the solution contributes to more efficient transaction processing and streamlined payment acceptance operations.
