Romcard Masterpass Wallet – fast and secured online payments
Romcard and Mastercard have completed integrating the digital wallet developed by Romcard into the Masterpass platform, the digital payment service of Mastercard. Consumers in Romania can already register by accessing www.whateverurl.ro. Thus, Romcard digital e-wallet users will benefit from the most modern payment experience online.
In addition, Romcard will launch in the immediate future the mobile version of the digital wallet, suitable for both Android and iOS. This will enable consumers to make online payments through Romcard e-wallet, by associating their digital wallet card installed on their preferred mobile device. In the first half of 2017, Romcard digital wallet users will be able to make P2P money transfers in a simple and easy way, only based on the recipient’s card number, via Mastercard MoneySend service.
